Returns and refund policy

RETURNS – PURBREAZ

Our return policy lasts 60 days from the moment you receive your products.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. From the 15th to the 60th day, you will be eligible for a store credit equal to the amount of your order.
The date indicated on the delivery slip will be considered as proof.

Please contact support at contact@purbreaz.com so that all requests are properly recorded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

  • Personalized products

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

How to return an item?

Contact support at contact@purbreaz.com, so that all requests are recorded.
Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.

Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with the form to the following return address:
21 rue Aimé Logier, 95400 Villiers-le-Bel, France.

Return by the method of your choice, preferably with tracking that clearly indicates the final delivery address (such as a tracked parcel or registered mail).

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

REFUNDS – PURBREAZ

Refunds (if applicable)
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer either a refund of your order minus shipping costs, or a reshipment, depending on your choice.
You are not eligible for a refund or reshipment until your package has been received by the sender.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company.

  • Contact your bank.

If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@purbreaz.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@purbreaz.com and return your item to:

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, software, or video games

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal – PURBREAZ

Unclaimed parcels – PURBREAZ

For unclaimed and returned parcels, we reserve the right to charge:

  • Return fees

  • Shipping fees

  • Processing fees (€9.99).

If you regret your purchase after shipping, you must still collect your parcel and return it to us.
If the parcel is not collected, it will be marked "Unclaimed" and the above fees will be charged.
